Hotels

BUSUN has made arrangements for delegates to stay at four area hotels. Although it is possible in nice weather to walk from the Marriott to Brown’s campus, we offer shuttle services to all four hotels for a fee of $10 per person. On Friday and Saturday night, BUSUN staff will provide security at each of the hotels.

Below you will find all the relevant information for each of our four hotels. The number of rooms available per night indicates how many rooms have been booked at each hotel for Friday and Saturday night. A limited number of rooms will also be available on Thursday night at the Hilton Providence and the Courtyard Marriott for schools arriving early.

Reserving rooms is the responsibility of each individual delegation. Please contact the hotels directly in order to make a reservation. Be sure to mention BUSUN (run by Brown Model UN). While we have blocked rooms, we are not responsible for their service. Hotels must be contacted by their deadlines to ensure availability and rates. Please note, however, that hotels reserve rooms on a first-come, first-served basis. Hotel deadlines are different from ours; we cannot guarantee the rates for any reservations made after their deadlines.
